It’s no exaggeration to say that Steve was larger than life and truly lived the American dream. Unfortunately, coming into control of that amount of wealth so quickly also put a target on his back and he experienced the unintended consequences that came along with massive overnight success. Unsavory characters started infiltrating his inner circle in a concerted attempt to take control of his empire—a hostile takeover.
The estate’s current aim is to (through various media properties) clear Steve’s name and set the record straight on the events surrounding his dubious murder trial and questionable suicide the day before he was set to receive sentencing.
Steve was above all else a hardworking immigrant, a family man, and a feminist pioneer and we intend to preserve his true legacy, not the image currently portrayed of him in the mainstream media.
